The scholarship requirements are as follows:

  1. Average report card grades for semester I-VI accumulated ≥50 & should have been legalized by the Principal
  2. Attach Certificate of Graduation from the Principal
  3. Attach a photocopy of the registrant’s diploma and National Final Examination score which has been legalized by the Principal
  4. Attach a certificate of achievement(s)/student ranking and supporting evidence of other achievements in the extracurricular field which has been legalized by the Principal
  5. Attach a photocopy of the registrant’s KTP and Kartu Keluarga
  6. Attach a photocopy of Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) or Kartu Keluarga Sejahtera (KKS)
  7. Attach the registrant’s parents/guardian income statement (Max. Rp4,000,000/month) or a certificate of incapacity, issued by the village head/institute where the registrant’s parents work
  8. Attach a photocopy of the electricity bill for the last 2 (two) months or payment proof of last year’s Land and Building Tax (PBB) from the registrant’s parents/guardians
  9. Attach at least 3 (three) photos of the condition of the registrant’s house (front view, left side view & right side view)
  10. Attach a statement on the seal that the registrant is currently not receiving scholarships from other sources
  11. Age should not exceed 21 (twenty-one) years at the time of applying for the scholarship as of August 1, 2022
  12. Fill out the Freshman Student form (www.tsm.ac.id/pmb) and KIP Kuliah form (kip-kuliah.kemdikbud.go.id)
  13. If the registrant does not meet the requirements above, they will be disqualified by the committee.
