In commemoration of National Children’s Day 2025, Trisakti School of Management took part in the 27th Jambore Sahabat Anak (JSA), held on July 26–27, 2025, at Buperta Ragunan, South Jakarta. This event carried the theme “Indonesia Tells a Story: Tracing the Steps Towards a Golden Generation”, as a shared campaign to support children’s rights to education and a safe, inclusive, and joyful environment to grow.
As part of the series of activities, Trisakti School of Management also hosted a briefing for 280 accompanying volunteers from across Jakarta. This preparation session was held on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at the 8th Floor Auditorium of the TSM Campus, aiming to equip volunteers with a deep understanding of child mentoring principles, volunteer ethics, and the technical flow of activities throughout the jamboree.
During the two-day jamboree, children from various regions gathered in a vibrant atmosphere filled with friendship and joy. On the first day, the event opened with an interactive workshop titled “Many Ways to Tell a Story”, where participants explored various forms of expression, from storytelling and drawing to role-playing. Activities continued with a collaborative game session “Let’s Create Your Story!”, tent decoration, and a big sibling-little sibling session “A Day in JSA” that encouraged interaction and warmth among participants. The first day concluded with an evening entertainment stage, where children showcased their creativity and courage on stage.
The following day began with a morning exercise session, followed by a celebration of National Children’s Day filled with inspiring messages about rights, dreams, and hopes for the future. Afterwards, participants engaged in a grand game called “The Legend’s Adventure”, before concluding the series of events with a closing and dismissal session.
TSM’s participation in JSA XXVII is a concrete manifestation of the institution’s commitment to supporting the development of character, creativity, and social awareness among Indonesian children. Through these educational and transformative out-of-classroom activities, it is hoped that a young generation will emerge one that is brave in telling stories, active in collaboration, and ready to become part of a brighter future for Indonesia.
