As part of its commitment to supporting global learning and student competency development, Trisakti School of Management (TSM) actively participated in the International Conference of Organizational Innovation (ICOI) 2025, held on July 15–17, 2025, at Dhyana Pura University, Bali. This prestigious scientific conference is a collaboration between the International Association of Organizational Innovation (IAOI) – USA, Forum Manajemen Indonesia (FMI), and various higher education institutions from around the world.
ICOI 2025 was attended by lecturers and researchers from numerous international universities, supported by notable co-hosts, including: Universitas Airlangga – Indonesia; Universitas Brawijaya – Indonesia; Cyprus School of Business – Cyprus; Trisakti School of Management – Indonesia; Soegijapranata Catholic University – Indonesia; Universitas Widyatama – Indonesia; Universitas Pakuan – Indonesia; La Trobe University – Australia; De La Salle University – Philippines; I-Shou University – Taiwan; Tunghai University – Taiwan; and Fukuoka University – Japan.
In this event, TSM actively involved its students as presenters in the international academic forum, further enhancing cross-border learning experiences and personal development. This participation is a real manifestation of the experiential learning approach, encouraging students to sharpen their critical thinking, scientific communication, and confidence to perform on a global stage.
The TSM delegation present at ICOI 2025 included: Dr. Rr. Niken Purbasari, S.E, M.Si, CHRA; Dr. Vita Briliana; Nila Pusvikasari, S.E., M.M., CFP., CRP; Denta Felli Ananda, S.E., M.B.A., CHRA;
along with students: Anggario Winarta, Irene Adicia Oli’I, Florencia Lie, and Aisyah Fauziah.
The conference began with participant registration and an opening ceremony in the morning, followed by remarks from the organizers and keynote speeches. In the afternoon and evening sessions, scientific paper presentations (Call for Papers) were held, featuring researchers, lecturers, and students from various countries who presented their latest research in the fields of management, innovation, and organizational studies.
The active participation of TSM students in the scientific presentations became one of the main highlights. The students not only attended as participants but also represented their institution by presenting research results prepared together with their faculty mentors. This clearly reflects TSM’s commitment to promoting a collaborative and achievement-oriented academic culture.
TSM’s participation in ICOI 2025 in Bali proves that higher education institutions play a significant role in creating globally competitive youth. TSM will continue to support its students in actively contributing to international academic activities as part of its strategy toward relevant, adaptive, and transformative higher education.
