Trisakti School of Management (TSM) continues to demonstrate its excellence in formulating innovative business solutions on a national stage. In October 2025, Team Winspire successfully achieved a remarkable milestone by securing 3rd Place in the VORMENT Business Case Competition (BCC), organized by the University of Indonesia. This achievement further reinforces the high caliber of TSM students in addressing complex and sustainable industrial challenges.
Team Winspire consists of three outstanding students: Regina Carissa Rau, Nur Fatin Prihyatwari, and Elizabeth Timothy. Under the theme “Technology Greenpreneur: Empowering Youth for Sustainable Economic and Social Change,” the competition challenged participants to provide strategic, green technology-based solutions for real-world business cases from corporate partners.
The journey to the podium was built on meticulous preparation. Team Winspire conducted comprehensive research by analyzing the company’s business model and gathering industry data from global reports such as McKinsey and Kearney to ensure data-driven accuracy. A structured division of roles and intensive brainstorming sessions were the primary keys to overcoming the complexities of the case and time constraints throughout the selection stages.
“Through this competition, we learned to design business solutions that are not only innovative and technology-based but also applicable and sustainable. The experience of solving a real case for a job-search and skill-development startup provided us with invaluable professional perspectives for our future career development,” stated a representative of Team Winspire.
This accomplishment is particularly significant as Team Winspire stood alongside other top institutions on the podium, with the University of Indonesia as the 1st Place Winner and the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) as the 2nd Place Winner. This success proves that TSM students possess a competitive edge equal to the country’s leading universities in business analysis and professional decision-making.
