JAKARTA, February 9, 2026 – STIE Trisakti officially signed a Cooperation Agreement with Ruang Tumbuh Psychological Consultation Center for the implementation of psychological services and employee development programs. This collaboration represents a strategic step by the institution in supporting the creation of a healthy and professional work environment focused on enhancing the quality of human resources. The agreement was signed by the Chairman of STIE Trisakti, Dr. H. Aulia Danibrata, S.E., M.M., and the Director of Ruang Tumbuh, Irma Gustiana Andriani, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psychologist. The agreement marks the beginning of a synergy between a higher education institution and a professional psychological service provider in delivering structured and sustainable programs for employees. The scope of cooperation includes the provision of psychological services as well as employee development activities tailored to organizational needs. The implementation of services will be carried out professionally in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as the Indonesian Psychological Code of Ethics. In its execution, both parties are committed to fulfilling their respective roles and responsibilities in a transparent and accountable manner. This cooperation agreement is valid for one year from the date of signing and may be extended upon mutual agreement. Technical provisions and funding arrangements will be further regulated in derivative agreements that form an integral part of this cooperation. Through this collaboration, STIE Trisakti reaffirms its commitment to developing a sustainable internal development system. Support for employees’ psychological well-being and competency enhancement is considered an essential element in maintaining the overall performance quality of the institution. The synergy with Ruang Tumbuh is expected to generate tangible impact, not only in strengthening individual capacity but also in reinforcing an adaptive and professional work culture within STIE Trisakti.
