Trisakti School of Management (TSM) students once again achieved remarkable success at the international level. In the Udayana Accounting Days (UAD) 2025, two TSM teams earned recognition in the International Accounting Competition (INACTION), which was joined by 30 teams from prominent universities, both national and international, including UGM, UI, UNPAD, BINUS, UNTAR, and Hainan University.
Team Trademark, consisting of Aldryan Leonardo, Chastine Claresta Hanoso, and Justin Angwyn, secured Second Place after progressing through a series of highly competitive stages. Meanwhile, Team Accounthree, comprising Theodora Frizca Tantio, Jagrajdep Singh, and Hans William Wirawan, also delivered an outstanding performance and finished in Fourth Place. These accomplishments reflect the consistency of TSM students in demonstrating innovation, teamwork, and strong analytical skills at a global level.
This year’s competition carried the theme “Empowering Digital Accountability: Harnessing Technology to Overcome Global Accounting Challenges.” It featured three main stages: the Preliminary (The Ledger Quest), the Semifinal (The Accounting Labyrinth), and the Final (The Global Conquest). Participants were challenged through case study analysis, academic paper writing, interactive quizzes, and academic debates on modern accounting issues. The competition highlighted the role of digital technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and blockchain in enhancing transparency and accuracy in global financial reporting.
Beyond the achievement itself, this participation provided valuable learning experiences for TSM students. They not only deepened their understanding of international accounting theories but also learned how to apply them through technological innovation, effective communication, and cross-cultural collaboration. This success is expected to inspire other students to further develop their competencies, expand their networks, and bring pride to Trisakti School of Management at both the national and international levels.
