The spirit of innovation and global competitiveness has once again been demonstrated by students of Trisakti School of Management (TSM). In August 2025, Khayla Khairunnisa Putri Santoso, a 2023 Management student and alumnus of Taruna Terpadu High School, achieved a proud accomplishment at the prestigious Lead Business Case Competition 2025 held by AIESEC at the University of Indonesia. Together with her partner from Binus University in the Rizzet team, Khayla successfully won 2nd Runner Up, proving TSM’s competitiveness among renowned universities in Indonesia.
With the theme “The Trailblazer’s Case: Solving Complex Challenges with Innovation,” this competition tested students’ acumen in formulating creative solutions to complex business problems. Khayla took on the role of management and strategy, while her partner focused on financial analysis. Their different academic backgrounds, which were initially a challenge, became a strength through complementary collaboration and communication.
“Participating in this competition was an important moment for me to step out of my comfort zone and broaden my horizons through the exchange of ideas across universities. I hope this achievement will motivate other TSM students to be more confident in competing at the national and international levels,” said Khayla. Khayla’s valuable experience became even more meaningful when she saw her team’s achievements in the final round.
This achievement is even more meaningful because Team Rizzet was able to overcome fierce competition with finalists from renowned universities, including the University of Indonesia as Grand Winner, the University of Indonesia and the Bandung Institute of Technology as 1st Runner Up, and Trisakti School of Management and Binus University as 2nd Runner Up. This success underscores the competitiveness of TSM students on the national stage while inspiring the next generation to continue honing their creativity, expanding their horizons, and elevating the university’s reputation to new heights.
