From July 15–17, 2025, the Management Department delegation of Trisakti School of Management (TSM) participated in the International Conference of Organizational Innovation (ICOI) 2025, held at Dhyana Pura University, Bali. This prestigious conference was a result of collaboration between the International Association of Organizational Innovation (IAOI) – USA, Forum Manajemen Indonesia (FMI), and various partner universities in Indonesia.
The TSM delegation consisted of faculty members and students, namely: Dr. Rr. Niken Purbasari, S.E, M.Si, CHRA; Dr. Vita Briliana; Nila Pusvikasari, S.E., M.M., CFP., CRP; Denta Felli Ananda, S.E., M.B.A., CHRA; and students: Anggario Winarta, Irene Adicia Oli’I, Florencia Lie, and Aisyah Fauziah.
A major highlight was when TSM received the “Best Paper” award for the research paper titled:
“Enhancing Gen Z Purchase Intentions on the Sociolla Website: The Mediating Influence of eWOM” by Dr. Vita Briliana and Florencia Lie.
This award brought pride to the entire institution, as it demonstrated the quality of collaborative research between faculty and students, capable of competing in international forums. In addition to strengthening TSM’s academic reputation, this achievement also serves as motivation for other students to become actively involved in research and scientific publications. The involvement of TSM faculty and students in ICOI 2025 not only broadened their academic horizons but also strengthened international collaboration networks.
